Darcy Rabenda brings more than 30 years of coaching and competitive tennis experience to the court. A former top junior player in the Eastern Tennis Association (New York), Darcy spent her senior year of high school training at the Palmer Academy in Wesley Chapel, Florida, one of the premier developmental environments for elite junior players.
Darcy went on to compete at the collegiate level on a full athletic scholarship at Temple University (1993–1997). During her career at Temple, she helped lead the team to two Atlantic 10 Conference Championships in 1994 and 1995. As a junior, she was named Team Captain while playing #1 singles and #1 doubles.
Darcy continues to compete at a high level today on both the USTA and ITF circuits. Her recent achievements include:
• 3× USTA National Grass Court Doubles Champion (most recent title in 2023)
• 2× National Grass Court Doubles Finalist
• ITF World Championships Doubles Semifinalist (Turkey, 2025)
• ITF Top 200 Singles Ranking (#193)
• ITF Top 50 Doubles Ranking (#40)
In December 2025, Darcy was selected as one of only 15 women worldwide to participate in the WTA Coaching Inclusion Program, an elite initiative designed to train and prepare top teaching professionals to coach on the Women’s Tennis Association professional tour.
Throughout her career, Darcy has coached players of all levels—from beginners to high-performance competitors. She has held professional positions at several respected clubs including The Powelton Club (Newburgh, NY), Magarity Tennis Club (Flourtown, PA), and Cedarbrook Country Club. She currently serves as the Head Professional at Advantage Tennis Center, where she works with junior and adult players focused on technical development, match strategy, and competitive performance.
Darcy also has extensive experience in team coaching. Her roles have included:
• Graduate Assistant Coach – Temple University
• Head Coach – Chestnut Hill College
• Founder of the Men’s and Women’s Tennis Programs – Delaware Valley University
• Boys and Girls Varsity Tennis Coach – Pennridge High School (10 years)
• JV Girls Tennis Coach – Upper Dublin High School
• USTA Sectional Training Center Coach
In addition to her tennis career, Darcy spent 20 years as a Health and Physical Education teacher at Pennridge High School, including nine years as the K–12 District Coordinator for Health and Physical Education.
Darcy holds Bachelor’s degrees in Kinesiology and Health & Physical Education Teacher Education from Temple University, as well as a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Wilkes University.
When she is not on the tennis court, Darcy enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and their beloved cats. She also loves traveling, competing in sports, and exploring great food wherever she goes.

Dr. Jessica Visintainer is the founder of V3 Physical Therapy, an elite sports and performance physical therapy practice dedicated to helping athletes move better, perform stronger, and remain resilient throughout their careers. With a background in kinesiology and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Temple University, she built V3 to bridge the gap between traditional rehabilitation and high-level athletic performance.
Dr. Visintainer specializes in working with field, court, endurance, and tactical athletes, providing individualized care that integrates advanced manual therapy, movement science, and sport-specific performance training. Her clinical expertise is supported by specialized certifications including Mulligan Practitioner, Dry Needling Specialist, Vestibular Rehabilitation Specialist, Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) Training Certified Therapist, and Run Gait Analysis Specialist.
Her work spans high school, collegiate, and professional athletes, helping individuals return to competition safely while optimizing performance and durability.
Beyond the clinic, Dr. Visintainer serves as an educator with O2X Human Performance, delivering injury prevention and human performance education to government agencies and tactical organizations. She also supports Air Force Special Operations as a Physical Therapist, working with elite operators whose physical demands rival those of professional athletes.
Through V3 Physical Therapy, Dr. Visintainer is committed to delivering evidence-based care, performance-driven rehabilitation, and long-term athlete development, helping clients return to sport stronger, more resilient, and ready for their next challenge.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Visintainer is an athlete herself and understands firsthand the physical and mental demands of training and competition. She actively competes in triathlon across all distances, including Ironman, and enjoys adventure racing, backpacking, and endurance challenges that test resilience and performance in real-world environments.
She is involved in martial arts and tactical training, teaching Krav Maga and training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). These pursuits continue to shape her approach to movement, injury prevention, and performance under pressure.
Her personal experience in endurance sport and combat training allows her to connect with athletes on a deeper level and brings a real-world understanding of training, recovery, and durability into every treatment session at V3 Physical Therapy.
